Jason Lee has shined as a pianist in notable venues and competitions in the Chicago area and beyond. His awards include prizes in the DuPage Symphony Orchestra Young Artist’s Competition, the American Protege International Piano and Strings Competition for which he performed at Carnegie Hall's Weill Hall, the Enkor International Competition, and the Grandquist Music Competition in Illinois. Jason has also given solo performances at Symphony Center and at the Schubertiade in Chicago when he was nine years old, which was broadcast live and online on the classical radio station 98.7/WFMT. Active at his church, he has also played contemporary worship and gospel music at the piano along with duets with his father, pianist Brian Lee. He has studied piano with Cheryl Lim, William Phemister, and is currently a student of Sueanne Metz. He enjoys making music and films, photography, and playing baseball with his two younger brothers. Currently, he is a junior at Naperville Central High School (Naperville, IL).
