Alan is currently a 5th grade student in Arlington, Massachusetts. He started his music education at Yamaha music school and has been learning piano with Mrs. Yidan Guo since June 2016. Since then, he has performed in concerts, festival, community center and charity events, and enjoyed making new friends and sharing beautiful music with people. He also participated in various US and international piano competitions, he won 1st place in the 2018 Elite International Music competition, 2nd place in the 2018 Young Artist Piano Competition (Age achievement), 1st place in the 2017 International Crescendo Piano competition and performed in Carnegie Hall in New York, 2nd place in the 2017 Young Artist Piano Competition and 3rd place in the 2017 MMTA Judged Festival.
